For more than 20 years, my world has been about stories—whether told through music, on stage, or online. As a singer-pianist, I’ve had the joy of performing in luxury venues, intimate jazz clubs, and most recently, as “Frannie Fabiano” in A Touch of Mystery’s interactive whodunit productions. (Frannie is my favorite role—sass, humor, and a touch of glam all rolled into one!)
Stepping into a character is not all that different from stepping into a business’s online presence. Both require attention to detail, audience awareness, and above all, authenticity. When I work with clients, I bring that same performer’s mindset: how do we connect, engage, and create a moment that lingers long after the curtain comes down—or in this case, after the post scrolls by.
