Music Can Be MURDER! Sets Sail in January
January 16-23, 2027, A Touch of Mystery presents Music Can Be MURDER!, a seven-day musical murder mystery adventure aboard Holland America Line’s Zuiderdam.
The ship departs from San Diego for the Mexican Riviera, with stops in La Paz, Mazatlán and Cabo San Lucas, plus three glorious days at sea.
But this isn’t simply a cruise with a show added to the itinerary.
The mystery travels with you.
Throughout the voyage, guests become part of an interactive story filled with suspects, secrets, music and, naturally, plenty of clues.
There will be cocktail parties where you can mingle with characters and suspects, live musical performances woven into the mystery, a scavenger hunt for hidden evidence, and opportunities to put your detective skills to work. Eventually, you’ll have to decide what you think really happened and whodunit.
In other words, you can spend your day exploring Mexico, relaxing by the pool or enjoying everything the Zuiderdam has to offer.
Then return to a murder investigation.
Not your average vacation.

October brings Halloween-ready mysteries, including A Recipe for MURDER! at Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills on October 16 and Dead AGAIN!, a spooky Halloween musical whodunit at Lawry’s The Prime Rib Las Vegas on October 29.
Following the January cruise, we’ll be back on land with Marathon MADNESS!, a musical New Year whodunit at Firelight Barn on January 30, 2027.
And those are only a few of the mysteries on the calendar.
